Volunteer as an Interpreter and/or Translator

Please note we are receiving a higher than normal volume of volunteer interest forms. We are inspired by and appreciative of your interest in volunteering with RMIAN, and we ask that you be patient and flexible with our small team as we ensure every person that reaches out receives a response.

RMIAN seeks volunteers to help interpret conversations with clients and to translate written materials for RMIAN’s clients. Translators and interpreters are vital to ensuring language access for individuals. No prior experience is necessary, but please note that this volunteer opportunity is for individuals who speak a language other than English fluently or proficiently.

Some examples of our greatest linguistic needs include:

• Arabic

• Russian

• Spanish

RMIAN serves individuals with various linguistic needs. If you speak a second language and would like to volunteer as an interpreter and/or translator, please fill out the volunteer interest form below. Please note that in order to volunteer with RMIAN, you must be 18 or older, live in the U.S., and have a U.S. social security number.
